Who can use OutfitOne
You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to agree to these terms where you live). One account per person. Keep your password private.
Community rules — zero tolerance for abuse
Be honest but kind. Rate the outfit, never the person’s body, face, race, gender, religion, disability or any other personal trait.
No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, slurs, or encouraging self-harm.
No nudity, sexual content or sexualised photos. Never post anyone under 18 in a sexual or revealing way.
Only post photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed. No photos taken without permission.
No spam, advertising, scams, fake accounts or attempts to game shots or ratings.
No illegal content, violence, weapons or drugs.
Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can report any outfit or any opinion on your outfit, and block any member, from inside the app. Reported content is hidden from you immediately.
We review reports and act within 24 hours: removing content and suspending or banning accounts that break these rules. Content reported by several members is hidden automatically.
We may remove content or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Your content
You own the photos and text you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and process that content only to run and promote OutfitOne. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account (except copies other members already received as opinions).
You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
Shots and features
Shots have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted to prevent abuse. Features, unlock rules and limits may change as the app grows.
Opinions are just opinions
Ratings and comments come from other members, not from us. Use them for fun and inspiration — they are not professional advice.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
OutfitOne is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by members. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
